Michael Jackson is again in hospital for treatment of the same back condition that apparently caused him to be late for his child molestation trial in March.

Jackson was last in hospital on Friday due to dehydration.

"Mr. Jackson's back has spurred up on him again," said Jackson's spokesperson, Raymone K. Bain. "It's pretty serious...He's under a tremendous amount of stress right now. Other than his back, he is doing fine."
