The Britain's Got Talent judge told Recognise that he is suspicious of Madonna's motives when she engages in work for good causes.
Morgan said: "I regard anything Madonna does with deep cynicism. There are people out there who literally view charitable work from what I can see as a fashion accessory."
According to Metro, the former journalist also attacked Madonna's friend Rupert Everett in relation to a falling out the pair had on Comic Relief Does The Apprentice in 2007.
"He was asked to raise money for charity. He just walked off," Morgan said.
"I thought 'you pathetic little man'. His motivation for being there couldn't have been for charity otherwise he would have stuck it out. Shocking!"
