The Celebrity Big Brother contestant was joined at Alto Members Club by showbiz pals including Chantelle Houghton, Bianca Gascoigne and ex-EastEnders actress Kara Tointon.
However, according to The Sun, the 22-year-old's celebrations were stopped when two men had an altercation, forcing security to close the doors to the venue for 15 minutes. One of the men involved, Rick Klein, left the club with a blood-stained top.
Tweed apparently left the venue at 3.30am with a blonde-haired woman who was wearing a strapless mini-dress. The party then moved on to Covent Garden's Jet Black Club.
Jade Goody's widower was cleared of raping a 19-year-old student earlier this week.
