The former couple have worked out a "very short-term custody arrangement" for their daughter, two-year-old Nahla.
Berry met the French-Canadian model in 2006 at a Versace store opening in New York City. Nahla was born two years later.
The details of the split have not been reported.
Berry had previously stated that she had no plans to marry Aubry.
