According to People, the former Full House star already has a two-year-old daughter Zoie with ex-husband Cody Herpin.
The father of the new baby is the actress's boyfriend of one year Marty Coyle.
"They're happy," Sweetin’s representative Stella Alex said. She added that the star, who has struggled with addiction, "is in a good place".
The former child actress has also been tweeting her thoughts on motherhood, writing: "I so enjoy my days of hanging around at home with [Zoie]. It's the best!"
