Damon Dash: 'I was given bad press'

Dash also said that he believes that the media unfairly scrutinised his money problems following the sale of his shares in Roc-A-Fella Records and Rocawear clothing.
Speaking to YRB, the hip-hop mogul said: "I started to go through a lot of bad press all of a sudden. Like, the recession hit everybody, but me being a businessman and motherf**kers getting caught up in the storm, all my issues were completely public.
"And completely exaggerated. So the recession s**t happens, I don't give a f**k."
