Kate Moss 'hires Banksy for home mural'

Kate Moss has reportedly commissioned guerrilla artist Banksy to paint a mural in her North London home.

According to The Mirror, the 36-year-old supermodel paid the graffiti star £150,000 to draw a picture of her and her celebrity friends.

"She explained exactly what she wanted doing and Banksy gave her a quote. It wasn't cheap," said a source. "Kate asked for an entire wall to be painted, showing Kate on the catwalk at all stages of her career - from a fresh-faced 16-year-old to her last appearance earlier this year.

"The painting also shows various well-known faces including pals Sadie Frost, Naomi Campbell, Lily Allen and even Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah. It is pretty eclectic."

The insider added: "Banksy has even been given a set of keys so he can let himself in. He doesn't want neighbours prying or finding out who he is or what he's up to."

Moss has also allegedly installed a sauna and steam room in her £7million mansion.
