The porn star, whose partner Tito Ortiz was arrested recently for domestic abuse, said that he grabbed her by the arm while she was naked in the bathroom and accused her of being "high" on drugs.
Jameson told Us Weekly magazine that she informed Ultimate Fighting Champion trainer Ortiz "I'm not on drugs!" but he did not believe her.
She said: "I was standing in the bathroom - naked, by the way - and he said 'It's over!', grabbed my arm and pushed me aside."
When asked if she thought there was any chance of a reconciliation, 36-year-old Jameson replied: "It's just so hard to trust... anybody in my life."
Jameson and Ortiz have 13-month-old twin boys together.
