Union 'sued by NBA star's estranged wife'

The actress, who is currently in a romantic relationship with the NBA star, has been sued by Siohvaughn Wade on the basis that her relationship with the athlete has caused his two sons emotional distress, according to Global Grind.
In early 2009, Siohvaughn allegedly blamed the Miami Heat player for child abandonment, adultery and for giving her herpes.
Union recently said that women "can have it all".
