Polanski is currently under house arrest in his chalet in Switzerland. He is wanted by US authorities for fleeing trial in 1978, after having pled guilty to unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl.
It is unknown whether the new woman will charge that she was under age when the helmer allegedly victimised her.
