Halle Berry 'in custody war with ex'

Halle Berry has been reported to be feuding with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over the custody of their daughter Nahla.

The pair, who announced their separation last month, are allegedly at war over who will care for their two-year-old daughter.

According to FYB, Aubry, who doesn't approve of the Oscar winner's Hollywood lifestyle, has been trying to take Nahla to Canada to live with him as her prime caretaker.

Earlier this month, Aubry reportedly said that he "knew" it was time to bring his relationship with Berry to an end.
