Geri Halliwell is mortified that there will be no Spice Girls reunion at Live 8, reports The Sun.

Organiser Bob Geldof had hoped that the Wannabe singers would reform for a one-off performance at the event, but Mel B is refusing to play along.

The newspaper reports Ginger as saying: "I would love to be part of Live 8. I'm so sad I won't be there - or the other girls who really wanted to. Only four of us could make it."
