Robert De Niro is outraged that a newspaper interviewed his nine-year-old neighbour.
It was reported earlier this week that Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz, nanny for De Niro and wife Grace Hightower, has been charged with stealing jewellery from the couple.
Keen to learn more, reporters from the New York Post descended upon a nine-year-old who live in the same building as the Taxi Driver actor.
De Niro's spokesperson Stan Rosenfeld told the New York Daily News: ""It's beyond reprehensible. Children are off limits. There is white heat coming out of Mr. De Niro over this."
