Hathaway 'won't ask for jewels back'

Anne Hathaway will reportedly not ask for a return of jewellery and other goods currently being held by the US government.

According to E Online, the actress lost watches, jewellery, assorted bobbles and other luxury items in a raid involving her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, who was arrested for fraud back in 2008. The confiscated items are said to have been gifts from the former real estate mogul that were purchased during the couple's relationship.

The Rachel Getting Married star has until May 26 to file a request for a return of her possessions, which are thought to include multiple Rolex watches, a pearl necklace and a Tiffany clock. After this date, the pieces will be auctioned off, with proceeds going to the federal government.

Hathaway's current beau Adam Shulman was recently accused of stealing a mural by street artist Mr Brainwash.
