The Home and Away star, who left his role as Geoff Campbell in the Australian soap earlier this year, has revealed that he broke up with So You Think You Can Dance finalist Kat Risteska back in March.
Lewis told The Daily Telegraph: "It's just one of those things that wasn't really working out."
Last year, the Australian actor revealed that he and Risteska "just hit it off" when she played a guest role on Home and Away.
Lewis is set to appear in an upcoming episode of Rescue: Special Ops and also said: "I have auditioned for a few big things... Pirates of the Caribbean and a [Steven] Spielberg project."
