The couple, who got engaged during a holiday to Paris in 2008, were wed in a non-denominational ceremony at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in front of 180 friends and family.
Wedding planner Michelle Rago, who decorated the venue in a Midsummer Night's Dream theme with pale pink and blue spring flowers, branches, butterflies and candles, told People magazine: "They wanted a classic Manhattan wedding."
Groomsmen at the wedding included Knocked Up stars Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel, while Krumholtz's Numb3rs co-stars Rob Morrow, Judd Hirsch and Peter MacNicol were among the guests.
