The 79-year-old pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal mischief, trespassing, burglary, and carrying a weapon while intoxicated and without a permit, reports The AP.
The actor's attorney A. Thomas Waterfall has been working with prosecutors to secure a deal which will keep him out of jail in favour of an accelerated rehabilitation programme.
