Photographers Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles claimed that bodyguards for the stars shot at them during a wedding party in Costa Rica in April 2009, narrowly missing their heads, reports The AP.
The suit, which Cortez and Aviles filed in both New York state and federal courts, was thrown out on Wednesday.
Justice Judith Gische, who handled the case, said that since Bundchen and Brady do not reside in the state, the lawsuit does not belong there.
