Kate Garraway has admitted that GMTV's stars were stunned when they saw that Lorraine Kelly had dressed up as Lady GaGa for a magazine photoshoot.

Kelly, who fronts GMTV With Lorraine four days a week, posed as GaGa earlier this month and claimed that the world would be "a better place" if more people had the singer's style.

Writing in her New column, Garraway commented: "Her dramatic makeover caused quite a stir, not least in the GMTV studios. When Ben Shephard clocked the photos for the first time, he nearly spilled his tea and said, 'Blimey - she's got better boobs than GaGa!' And I think he might be right!

"Off-camera, Lorraine is such a good laugh, so I think it's great that viewers have now had a glimpse of her cheeky sense of humour. No wonder she's been inundated with tweets congratulating her on being such a good sport!"

Kelly recently confessed that GMTV's anchors are having a "tough time" as they wait to hear whether their jobs will be safe when the show is revamped.
