Roman Polanski 'enjoying chalet life'

Roman Polanski is reportedly enjoying his time under house arrest in a luxury Swiss resort.

The director, who is currently awaiting news on a possible extradition to the US, has been spending his time in the town of Gstaad, reports The AP. He was placed on house arrest after posting a $4.5m (£3.08) bail fee six months ago.

The 76-year old was first arrested eight months ago, but there is still no word as to whether the Swiss Justice Ministry will send him back to Los Angeles to answer rape charges.

A second woman recently came forward to claim that she had also been raped by Polanski.
