Barlow to be Williams' best man?

Robbie Williams will reportedly ask Gary Barlow to be best man at his wedding.

The former Take That singer, who is engaged to actress Ayda Field, had a high-profile feud with Barlow in the past but has now decided to give his ex-bandmate a position of responsibility at the ceremony.

A relative of Williams told the Daily Star: "Rob is very fond of Gary and considers him a solid rock in his life. Mark [Owen] was always one of his fun time pals, but Rob really wants to thank Gary and show his respect for their special bond."

Williams's long-term best friend Jonathan Wilkes will also be a best man, according to reports.

Barlow recently said it is "inevitable" that Williams will perform with Take That at some point in the future.
