The Gossip Girl star is now dating a man named Jason Bird, according to Life & Style.
Her official representative, Mona Loring, confirmed Rutherford's relationship with Bird.
The couple was seen together at Shery Shabani's Diamonds & Champagne event on May 18 in Los Angeles.
Rutherford filed for divorce from Daniel Giersch in 2008. They have two children together - Hermes, 3, and 9-month-old Helena.
