Hucknall weds in secret Scottish union

Mick Hucknall has secretly married his long-term partner, it has been reported.

The Simply Red frontman tied the knot with Gabrielle Wilke-Wesberry at the 16th century Forter Castle in Glenisla, Perthshire, on Tuesday.

The couple, who rekindled an earlier relationship in 2002 and have two-year-old daughter Romy True, arranged a humanist ceremony for their union, according to the Daily Express.

A spokesman for Hucknall declined to comment on the intimate ceremony, which was attended by eight guests. The 49-year-old, who is lined up to replace Rod Stewart when The Faces reform later this year, wrote in the castle guest book that it was their "most special" day.
