Coleman's widow "grateful" for support

Gary Coleman's widow has revealed how "grateful" she is for the "support" everybody has shown her since her husband's death last week.

Shannon Price, who married the Diff'rent Strokes star in 2007, wrote a statement thanking fans and friends of Coleman for letting her know how "beloved" he was.

Us Magazine reports that Shannon's brother Shawn read out a note saying: "We are very grateful for all the wonderful support everyone has been extending to Gary's family.

"Thousands of emails have poured into the hospital. This has been so comforting to the family to know how beloved he still is. Thank you so much for all that you guys have done and for the support and prayers that you guys have given us."
