According to People, the couple have ended their 12-year relationship.
"They remain best of friends," said Andrews's manager.
Andrews, 41, and Hershey, 62, began dating after they met on the set of the film Drowning on Dry Land in 1998.
The pair separated for a short time in 2005. Andrews fathered a child with another woman during that time.
