The 25-year-old headed the top 50 from the publication, beating Twilight star Robert Pattinson into second place. The cut-off age for the list was 37-and-a-half.
Harry was described as a "soldier, ambassador, polo player and playboy" by the magazine, which used the cool criteria of having an "enviable sense of savoir faire, a talent for transforming the mundane into the extraordinary, or just really edgy haircut".
