According to Radar Online, the meeting included Jamie's attorney, Britney's court-appointed attorney, and Andrew Wallet, who, along with Spears's father, is co-conservator over the singer.
A source revealed that during the meeting a child custody evaluation was allegedly filed, while a child custody expert was brought in because of the singer's mental health issues.
Federline still has sole custody of their two children, which will not change while Spears is under a conservatorship.
The next scheduled status hearing for Spears is to be held on July 27, 2010.
