Shawn Johnson 'stalker' pleads insanity

The 36-year-old waived his right to a trial-by-jury and now awaits a judge's ruling as to whether he is guilty and in good mental health, reports The AP.
He was arrested last year after driving from Florida to Los Angeles to meet the gymnast, who was appearing on Dancing With The Stars. Police located love letters addressed to Johnson and two hand guns upon searching his vehicle.
O'Ryan faces up to four year in state prison if found guilty, with even longer periods in mental health institutions depending upon a psychologist's evaluation.
