Part-owners Ronan and Mali Nachum have accused the Desperate Housewives star of using scare tactics to push them out of their jobs at the Las Vegas restaurant.
The Nachums, who are suing for $10,000 (£7,000) for breach of contract and abuse, claim that the actress arranged a meeting with them but turned up with six large men who gave them a restraining order and asked them to leave immediately or risk arrest.
According to Radar, Longoria Parker has retaliated by accusing the pair of stealing money from the business, assaulting an employee and punching a female customer.
