Gail Porter has said that she found it funny when a naked photograph of her was projected on to the Houses of Parliament.

The image was flashed onto the building by FHM to promote its annual Top Sexiest Women Poll in 1999.

Asked about the highs and lows of the incident, Porter told Metro: "The low was I didn't know it was going to happen, so it was a bit awkward explaining it to grandpa.

"Then I had to deal with feminist comments such as, 'Women should wear clothes at all times'. The high was, 'Wa-hey! My arse is on Parliament!'. I thought it was hilarious."

When quizzed about the rudest celebrity she has ever met, Porter said: "Chrissie Hynde when I interviewed her on The Big Breakfast. She wouldn't even look at me. I was heartbroken as she's one of my heroes."
