Tom Cruise shelled out £10,000 for a meal to celebrate his 43rd birthday earlier this month.
The actor drafted in chefs from around the world to cook for his guests, who partied on board a yacht owned by the Church of Scientology.
Alfredo Tomaselli, owner of Cruise's favourite restaurant Dal Bolognese, told This is London: "We had a call asking about the availability of the chefs for Tom Cruise's birthday. Whenever he is in Italy he always comes to us."
The loved up celebrity couple then flew to Rome, where the Mission Impossible star is filming the third instalment of the action movie.
