Jane Fonda honoured in Paris

Jane Fonda was honoured by the mayor of Paris on Thursday for her contributions to the city's arts and culture.

Mayor Bertrand Delanoe presented the actress with Great Medal of the City of Paris during a news conference for the Paris Cinema Festival, reports The AP.

Fonda told reporters that she loved Paris and thought the city "like a second home".

Director M. Night Shyamalan and French actor Louis Garrel were also present at the ceremony.
