The 'Cowboy Casanova' star - who is rumoured to be marrying this summer - told Us Weekly that it will be a "surprise" because NHL player Fisher is in charge of their destination.
"That was Mike's project. It's a surprise. I have no clue where we are going, which is nice. I know it will be warm, that's about it," she said.
The country singer went on to say that she is working with a wedding planner and they are "taking things one step at a time and [having] lots of phone and email conversations".
She recently revealed that she is "not worried" about the nuptials because she knows she will be surrounded by friends and family.
The couple - who became engaged just before Christmas - attended this week's CMT Awards together in Nashville, where Underwood scooped two trophies.
