A batch of tickets for next year's Oxegen festival will go on sale this Friday.
After the great demand for tickets to Oxegen 2005, which featured the likes of The Killers, Green Day and The Beautiful South, the event's organisers have decided to let those desperate to go to next year's festival buy their tickets early.
Two-day camping tickets will be available from this Friday for a limited period with a maximum of six tickets per buyer at 145 Euros each.
Gigwise.com quotes Denis Desmond of MCD as saying: "For this year's Oxegen to sell out so far in advance in its short history, it is an incredible achievement and goes to show that the event has already established itself as one of the most important events in the Irish music calendar and were already looking forward to next year."
