Christina Aguilera's spokeswoman has set the record straight regarding the star's arm injury.
Reports last week claimed that the singer was wearing bandages after an altercation with a drunken fan in a nightclub.
However, Aguilera's representative explained that she sliced two tendons in her hand on a piece of glass at her Los Angeles home.
"It is uncomfortable and she has it in a sling to rest it," the spokeswoman said. "It had nothing to do with a fan."
Christina is expected to wear the cast and sling for a few weeks yet.
