Robert Pattinson has said that watching the first Twilight movie on TV was a "bizarre" experience.

The star spoke about viewing the film on the small screen for the first time during a Saturday press conference, reports Radar Online.

"I just saw Twilight on TV for the first time," Pattinson said.

He added that seeing the movie on TV and hearing a song he composed for the soundtrack was "bizarre".

The 24-year-old also revealed that he has not read the script for the final Twilight project Breaking Dawn.

"I have heard brief rumours about what happens in the story but I really don't know what happens at all," he said.

Pattinson will next be seen in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, opening June 30 in US cinemas.
