Gisele Bundchen returns to the catwalk

Gisele Bundchen has made her first catwalk appearance since giving birth to her son, according to AFP.

The supermodel - who welcomed son Benjamin in December - walked at the Colcci show at the Sao Paulo Fashion Week yesterday.

She is quoted as telling the city's Estado de Sao Paulo that she was "very nervous" about her catwalk return but was "happy [that] everything went right".

The Brazilian native, 29, married New England Patriots star Tom Brady in Santa Monica in February 2009. They took their vows again at a second ceremony attended by friends and family in Costa Rica two months later.

Bundchen was named the world's top earning supermodel last year, with an estimated income of around $35m (£21.9m).
