Snowdon: 'Clooney too famous for me'

Lisa Snowdon has said that George Clooney was too famous for her to settle down with.

Speaking to She magazine, the model/TV presenter revealed that a long-term relationship with the Oscar winner would never have worked out.

"It would never have worked, George is just too famous. Every day, everywhere, there were long lenses. I don't think I could ever live like that," she said.

Snowdon and Clooney dated on and off for five years.

The 39-year-old also said that she and Clooney are still friendly.

"He's still my friend. He sponsored me for a sky diving jump. He gave me £12,000. He told me he'd give me £100,000 if the parachute didn't open. That's very George," she explained.
