Kimberley Walsh: 'I have cried over jeans'

Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh has admitted that she has cried while trying on jeans.

The popstar, who is fronting a new Sky1 documentary about the history of the clothing item, confessed on This Morning that she often finds purchasing denim trousers "distressing".

"I've been known to shed a few tears at times," she told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. "You don't know what size to go for you, do you?

"If your usual don't fit you then you think, 'That's no good - I've obviously put on weight', but it's not necessarily right. It might just be the wrong cut."

She added: "I just end up in the changing rooms with 20 pairs of jeans on the floor feeling thoroughly depressed."

Walsh also revealed that she is expecting Girls Aloud to return in 2011 with new material. "We actually haven't started recording anything yet, but hopefully it won't be too long," she said.
