Tiffani Thiessen welcomes baby girl

Tiffani Thiessen has given birth to her first child with husband Brady Smith.

The actress welcomed the 8lbs 3oz girl, named Harper Renn, at a Los Angeles hospital on Monday, reports Access Hollywood.

A rep for the couple said that the baby and parents are "doing great" and are in good health.

Thiessen previously said that she was looking forward to motherhood.
