Gray filed a 2005 version of Coleman's will on Friday which names her as the sole recipient of Coleman's effects, reports People.
Her attorney Randy Kester said: "Anna just wants to carry out Gary's wishes. Her will is the most objective reflection of what Gary wanted. We're going to be in this case for the long haul."
However, Price has maintained the legitimacy of Coleman's handwritten 2007 will, stating that as his common-law wife, she is entitled to the 42-year-old's possessions.
"Nothing ever changed between Shannon and Gary," stated her attorney Mitchell Maughan.
"They lived as husband and wife. For now, this is about who should care for Gary's remains, that's Shannon's primary concern. Beyond that, there isn't much to fight over in his estate, there wasn't much left financially."
