The Bon Jovi guitarist will debut the range, called WTB (White Trash Beautiful), at a London fashion show later this month.
Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood and Heather Locklear have been seen wearing items from the line, which premiered in Los Angeles in March, according to Metro.
"Jon [Bon Jovi] and I had this idea for a song, 'White Trash Beautiful', and I said this song sounds like a clothing line - Nikki had an amazing line of clothes called Eccentric Symphony and I was a fan," Sambora said about his inspiration for the range.
He added: "I called her up and it all started from there. Her talent is never-ending - she is a genius."
The line will debut in London on June 23. Bon Jovi are currently playing a stint at London's O2 arena.
