Sarah Lancashire will play a stripper in a West End production of Guys And Dolls.
Lancashire, formerly Coronation Street's Raquel, will fill the shoes of Jane Krakowski (Ally McBeal) as 'Miss Adelaide' from December 5, reports itv.com.
Howard Panter, the show's producer, said: "Truth to tell, she and her husband saw it and basically she loved it."
Sarah's previous stage appearances include Educating Rita, Little Shop of Horrors and Blood Brothers.
