New documents which show that the Crocodile Dundee star may have evaded tax on a $5 million (£3 million) transaction are to be made public after Hogan lost a High Court bid to keep them private.
According to ABC, the papers show that the Australian Crime Commission has gathered evidence that could reveal that Hogan duped both the Australian and the US tax offices by claiming that he was being charged tax in the other country.
Since the case first surfaced in 2005, Hogan has maintained that he is innocent.
The ACC's tax fraud investigation on the actor continues.
