James refuses to let ex-wife see daughter?

Jesse James has reportedly refused to let his daughter spend time alone with her mother in spite of a court order to do so.

A judge issued an order last week allowing James's ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, unmonitored visitation rights with their 6-year-old daughter Sunny.

According to TMZ, James's attorney is looking to file evidence in court today that states Lindemulder is addicted to drugs and should not be eligible for visitation rights.

It has been reported that James did not allow Lindemulder to see Sunny on Thursday because he feared for the child's safety.
