Mel B 'has sex five times a day'

Mel B has revealed that she stays in shape by having sex five times a day.

In an interview on Lopez Tonight, the 35-year-old said that her relationship with husband Stephen Belafonte is extremely sexual despite their busy schedules.

"Well today was a busy day, so it was just three," she admitted.

"Me and my husband, we're the same age, he is my best friend and I guess we're both just perverts with each other."

The couple married in 2007.
