Jesse James moving to Austin

Jesse James has said that he will move permanently to Austin, TX at the end of the month.

The 41-year-old's attorney John Schilling revealed the decision at an Orange County, CA custody hearing on Friday, reports US Weekly.

"[The move is] needed to handle business matters and other personal matters," he explained.

James's ex Sandra Bullock owns a home in Austin, but Schilling did not comment on whether the move had anything to do with the actress.

The lawyer added that James is attempting to make arrangements with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder regarding their 6-year-old daughter Sunny, of whom James has custody.

Lindemulder currently lives in Los Angeles and was recently granted visiting rights to Sunny after battling substance abuse issues.

"He wants her to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out," Schilling said.
