The actor, 21, took to the stage to sing the Beastie Boys song '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)' and was joined by his co-stars James and Oliver Phelps, according to The Sun.
Grint reportedly looked awkward and mumbled his lines, while the Phelps twins bounced around the stage.
A source said: "Rupert got behind the mic a couple of times and was having a great time. But there was a mixed response to the Beastie Boys number and his performance seemed to suffer as a result."
The performance allegedly left younger members of the crowd covering their ears.
