Ricky Whittle back with Carley Stenson?

Ricky Whittle has spoken of his on-again, off-again relationship with former Hollyoaks co-star Carley Stenson.

DS exclusively revealed in November that the couple had separated, but speculation that they were together again forced Whittle to claim in April that the two were "just friends". However, rumours that the couple have rekindled their romance have failed to go away.

Whittle refused to reveal his current relationship status when questioned by the News of the World at the pre-Wimbledon WTA party earlier this week, saying: "I never read papers or magazines, I never believe what I read or hear."

When asked about Stenson, Whittle replied, "She's a great girl", but the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant also stated that he would not be walking down the aisle with her, or any other girl, any time soon.

"No way! I'm far too young!" he said.

Stenson announced this week that she was quitting the Channel 4 soap after nearly a decade playing fame-hungry Steph Cunningham.
