The Australian television presenter, who married financier Craig Marran in April this year, did nothing to dispel pregnancy rumours by reportedly avoiding alcohol for the entire evening.
One guest told The Daily Telegraph that Kidman did not drink any champagne, "not even [for] the toast".
The soiree featured a red-carpet reception, a three-tier chocolate cake, French champagne and ballroom gowns. It took place at Sydney's Dawes Point's Ottoman Cuisine.
The party was attended by 100 friends and family of the couple, including sister Nicole, who wore a floor-length silk Stella McCartney dress.
Antonia, who already has four children with ex-husband Angus Hawley, was first rumoured to be pregnant when a neighbour in Singapore said that she was sporting a baby bump that indicated that she was "probably 12 to 15 weeks along".
